If any Dogla purchase fails to meet you or your dogs expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange, credit or refund. Dogla e-store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for e-store purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction. We encourage you to visit our measuring site so you measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one complimentary exchange per order*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $10 per item. We do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges on items that are exchanged due to wrong sizing.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
Repair Policy
Dogla will gladly repair and refurbish any collar or leash sent to us after the 30 day exchange period. Please contact us prior to shipping your product back to us.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
