began in Los Angeles California in 1994. Lisa, an artist, and Emile, a garment executive, decided to put their love of design and animals toward a more fulfilling direction. Lisa and Emile spent the next 16 years refining the Dogla collar line, making many changes over the years.
In early 2010, Lisa and Emile, handed over the reigns of Dogla to Dan, who has 17 years experience in the pet industry and shares Lisa and Emile's lifetime love of dogs. Today the head office and production facility are located in San Diego. These fine collars are still carefully handcrafted using the finest of American leathers and made in the USA. In 2011 the "bone" collar was added to our line and in 2012 we finally added the ever popular "skull".
